Singing With Joy...
Frivolous joys delight me
Reality blurs with dreams
Oh! How strange for the two to
Mesh without any seams
Today I feel like yesterday...
Hoping for tomorrow
Every day since then I feel
Born again and free from sorrow
Obeying every minor whim
To laugh and to dance
To no music, and to forget
Overcautiousness and take a chance
Many things are happening
Opportunities become clear to me
Faith returns where once lost
My smile's back where it should be
Youthfulness returns to the eyes
Hardened by heartbreak and tears
Endless joy now resides there
And hope replaces those lingering fears
Rejoicing in the present, I fear not future nor past-
Today I will sing, for I'm happy at last!

Anyway, I really like this drawing because Evangeline's hardly ever THIS happy in my drawings XD And also because the poem doesn't ever give away what I'm so happy about X3 But I'll tell you: I was in the middle of a stage of infatuation with a certain someone who now happens to be my boyfriend. XD
