AAML

That's the most original title in the world, right? XD

I was recently taking up my hard drive some more by saving every Pokéshipping pic that captured my fancy, and it made me wonder: Why do I never draw these two? They're great! I love them!
So I drew this. XD

Well, this is a milestone for me for two reasons:
1) This is, amazingly, my first real Pokéshipping pic, even though Pokéshipping was my first ship and I've supported it for like 10 years.
2) This is the first piece of digital art I've ever created and/or submitted. That's not to say I've never made anything with my tablet: I've made a lot of stuff; I've just been too embarrassed of it to submit it, it looks so bad. XD And I have submitted stuff I made with my tablet (the meme), but this is the first real artwork.

Excuse the crappy background; I'm new at this! XD I might have gotten carried away...
Also, as usual, I suck hard at drawing hands. XD
I'm not satisfied with the skin...I over-analyze it and it STILL needs to be smoother >.<;; But I'm a beginner! I'll get better, hopefully! XD
Man, this took FOREVER. I started it late last night and I've been working on it on and off ALL DAY today. I'm fairly happy with the result though. ^_^


Anywhoo, I used some really great tutorials to help me in coloring just about everything (except the hat, which is evil and looks like crap anyway...*wishes she could have left it out*). I REALLY like the hair. *stares at shiny-ness* 80
Do you know there's even a blush tutorial out there? Just feeling silly, I did a search for one, and I found one! O_O It was very helpful. <3
So thanks all you legendary tutorial artists...thank you for showing an incompetent moron how to work these newfangled doohickeys. XD
